ABOUT THE ART
I was inspired by the 60s and 70s counterculture movement, specifically protest signage and psychedelic music posters. You’ll see the inspiration brought to life through typography choices, layout, risograph printing textures, and color. I believe we are in a time that is reflecting a call for action that is similar from that era, not only for saving The Boundary Waters, but also across many other aspects to modern day society.
