The images displayed on our site are accurate representations of the original artwork, and we are dedicated to delivering high-quality prints and merchandise free from flaws or defects. However, please be aware that color variations may occur due to differences in device screen settings, whether you're viewing on a computer, tablet, or phone. Additionally, as the design is inspired by handmade art, each print may exhibit subtle distinctions that highlight the unique and personal character of the original creation.

The artists whose work is featured on our site have granted ArtYouHeart permission to display and sell their work, but they retain sole ownership of the copyright to their creations. Simply put, the designs belong to them. If you see a design you like, we encourage you to purchase a print or merchandise featuring their artwork. If you’d like to use the artwork for purposes beyond personal enjoyment (such as for a product, business, event, cause, or charity), you’ll need to obtain the appropriate usage rights. To license a design, please reach out to us at hello@artyouheart.com, and we’ll be happy to assist and connect you with the artist. Our artists pour significant time, effort, and resources into creating their work. Your purchases and licensing support them and their craft.

Digital Print + Framing Details

  • Our art prints are made from high-resolution scans of original artwork or original digital artwork files provided by the artist, depending on the design.
  • Every order is custom printed just for you, handcrafted in the USA.
  • Note: Color variations between website previews, your screen, and printed artwork may occur.
  • Paper: Acid free 80lb (216gsm) coated cover weight paper on sizes up to 18x24. Acid free 46lb (170gsm) coated bond for 24x32 and 30x40 sizes.
  • High quality archival inks protect against light-fade and are resistant to UV light.
  • Digital prints are available in six sizes (6”x8”, 9”x12”, 12”x16”, 18”x24”, 24”x32”, and 30”x40”).
  • American-made wood frames with black, white, or natural matte finish.
  • Frame face is 1.25" wide x 0.75" deep.
  • Rabbet joints provide a clean appearance and increased strength.
  • Premium clear acrylic glazing is lighter than glass and shatterproof.
  • Hardboard backer with integrated hanger.
  • Framing on our 30”x40” prints is not available.

ORDERING + SHIPPING

We accept most major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We can ship posters to almost anywhere in the world. Shipping is categorized into two options: Domestic (USA) and Global. Shipping costs are based on the best available rates to ensure your posters arrive safely at your door.

Important Note: For shipments outside the United States, especially to the UK, additional customs fees or taxes may apply. Unfortunately, we don’t have the power to predict or bypass these charges, as they depend on local regulations. To learn more about potential fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office.   • Orders under $70: $5.50 for each item
  • Orders $70 or more: FREE shipping
  • Allow 2 weeks for delivery.
  • Global shipping rates are determined by weight and destination. Final rates will be calculated at checkout.
  • Allow 6 weeks for delivery.

For U.S. orders, items shipped to destinations in the state of Minnesota are subject to sales tax. Sales tax will be included in the purchase price of your order at the time you place it. For international orders, please be aware of the customs regulations that apply to items shipped to your country from the U.S. We do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) or similar charges in our pricing. These taxes may be charged to you by your customs control when our products are shipped to your country, especially the UK, and are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

We send an order confirmation email every time you place an order with us. Please review that email when you receive it to make sure everything's right. If you realize you've made a mistake in placing your order — or we've made a mistake in processing it — we'll do everything we can to help you get things back on track. But we need to hear from you right away!

First, forward the confirmation email you receive to hello@artyouheart.com and tell us what needs to be changed: The shipping address is wrong, you ordered the wrong poster, the order shown on the confirmation email isn't what you wanted, etc. As long as your order hasn't shipped, we can make things right. (Note: If the address you enter when placing your order is entered incorrectly in a way that prevents us from shipping it, we'll contact you to sort things out.)

PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has shipped, we will only replace or issue refunds for items that are damaged in shipping, or items that you receive in error. Otherwise, all sales are final.

When you place an order, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email from ArtYouHeart. This email will be sent to the email address that you provide when placing your order. Please check your spam filter to make sure that emails from this address aren't blocked. This email confirms that we've received your order and have started processing it.

You'll receive another Shipping Confirmation email when your order has been completed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number that you can use to check on the projected delivery date for your package. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please send an email to hello@artyouheart.com from the email address you provided when placing your order, telling us the date and approximate time you placed your order, as well as the items you ordered. We'll work to confirm your order, make any necessary corrections, and/or inform you if your order was not received or processed for any reason.

Returns

We’re passionate about the artwork on our site and want you to feel the same. While all sales are final, we’re happy to replace or refund items that arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Damaged Items: If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend you refuse the delivery. The package will be returned to us, and we’ll replace your item or issue a full refund.

If you discover damage after opening the package, please email us at hello@artyouheart.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include a photo clearly showing the damage, and we’ll provide instructions. You may need to return the damaged item, but we’ll cover all shipping costs and ensure you get a replacement or a full refund.

Not What You Ordered: If you receive an item that isn’t what you ordered, email us at hello@artyouheart.com within 5 business days. We’ll guide you through returning the incorrect item and either send you the correct one or issue a full refund.
