ABOUT THE ART: I was playing with the idea of day and night, and butterflies and moths came to my mind and just wanted to implement them both and use unique patterns for their wings.

Meet D Guzman

D Guzman is a Minneapolis based Latinx illustrator/designer. She graduated from Minneapolis College of Art and Design with a BFA in illustration. D is interested in editorial illustration, children's books, product/package illustration design and mural work. She loves to include botanical pieces, women of color, a warm palette and textile elements in her illustrations.

Her illustration clients include Pollen Midwest, Target, Lil’ Libros, Modist Brewery, United We Dream and Song Tea & Poke. D has featured her work at Light Grey Art lab, Family Tree Clinic and Sociable Cider Werks.
