All Are Welcome Here is a Minnesota-based social design project created by artists Jaime Chismar and Mitch Reaume. Launched in 2016, the project’s rainbow heart design became a widely recognized symbol of inclusion and solidarity. Rooted in community-focused activism, the initiative uses simple, accessible visual language to promote belonging while supporting social justice causes through public art, partnerships, and grassroots engagement.
