ABOUT THE ART
This piece was created during ICE’s “Metro Surge” in Minneapolis, when I wanted to make my own poster for a local march. I included a loon to represent Minnesotans protecting their neighbors, while the marigold reflects my culture as a child of Mexican immigrants and the loon is breaking the chains of ICE.
PROCEEDS from the sale of this print are donated to the artist’s chosen organization, MONARCA.
